Dream With God is designed with your privacy and trust at its heart. Your dreams are deeply personal, and we believe they should remain that way. This policy explains how we handle your information with care and respect.

When you use Dream With God, we collect only what's necessary to provide the app experience:

• Account information: Your email address to create and secure your account
• Dream journal entries: The dreams you choose to record, stored securely and privately
• App preferences: Your settings and customizations within the app

How We Protect Your Dreams

Your dream journal is sacred space. We implement strong security measures to protect your entries:

• Your dreams are encrypted and stored securely
• We never read, analyze, or share your journal entries
• Your dreams are never used to train AI models
• Only you can access your dream journal

What We Don't Do

We believe in being clear about what we will never do with your information:

• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not share your dreams with third parties
• We do not use your content for advertising
• We do not track your activity across other apps or websites

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Specifically:

• Dream journal entries and reflections are stored for the duration of your account.
• Scripture connections and dream threads are retained until you delete your account.
• Account information (email, name) is retained until you delete your account.
• Usage analytics data is retained for up to 24 months in anonymized form.
• If you have not used the app for 24 consecutive months, we may delete your data after providing notice.

Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To delete your data:

• In-app: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will immediately and permanently delete all your data from our servers.
• By email: Send a deletion request to help@theosomatic.com with the subject line "Delete My Dream with God Account." We will process your request within 30 days.

Upon deletion, all personal data including your dream journal entries, reflections, scripture connections, and account information will be permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.

Your Rights

You remain in control of your information:

• You can export your dream journal at any time
• You can delete individual entries or your entire journal
• You can delete your account and all associated data
• You can request a copy of the data we hold about you

Third-Party Services

We use essential third-party services to operate the app (such as secure cloud hosting). These services are carefully selected and bound by strict data protection agreements. They do not have access to the content of your dreams.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you through the app before the changes take effect. We will never reduce your privacy protections without your explicit consent.
